9.0wir waren rundum zu frieden, ca 10 min fußläufig zum Strand, gute Tipps vom Verwalter, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den tgl. Bedarf in der Nähe, E-Bikes wurden problemlos und sicher untergestellt

10.0Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war alles da was wir brauchten. Zur Strandpromenade geht man ca. 8 Minuten. Den Hausmeister Herrn Martinköwitz kann man jederzeit ansprechen, wenn etwas fehlt oder nicht funktioniert. Wird alles sofort erledigt und hilfreiche Tipps gibt es auch von ihm. Die Dachterasse mit dem Strandbild ist auch super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
− Auflagen für die Terassenstühle wären schön und Bepflanzung in den Pflanztrögen zur Abgrenzung könnten mal gepflegt oder erneuert werden.

10.0Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein besonderes Lob an Herrn Martinköwitz – er war vor Ort jederzeit ansprechbar, sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Die Nähe zum Strand war perfekt – in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
