Entspannte Zeit mit schönen Eindrücken von Würzburg.
9.0Super Lage, fussläufig zur Innenstadt. Gleichzeitig schön ruhig. Gegen die nächtliche Sommerhitze sind gute Kühlgeräte vorhanden.
Ideal für einen Kurzaufenthalt für eine Woche, mit vielen erholsamen Momenten!
10.0Die Lage der FeWo ist optimal, besonders für Personen, die nicht mehr ganz so gut Zufluss unterwegs sind: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zur Selbstversorgung fußläufig in 4 bis 8 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Mainpromenade ist gemütlich in 8 Minuten, die Alte Mainbrücke in 10 Minuten und die Residenz in 30 Minuten zu erreichen! Obwohl mitten im Wohngebiet gelegen, war es herrlich ruhig! Und das Angebt, die Garage gegen Gebühr anzubieten, ist dringend zu empfehlen, da die meisten in diesem Wongebiet vorgehaltenen Parkplätz mit Anliegerparkpläze ausgeschildert sind! Wir haben unseren Wagen bei Ankunft in die Garage gestellt und erst am Abfahrtag wieder genutzt!
− Da die Wohnung in der ertsen Etage in einem Haus mitten im Wohngebiet, umringt von 4 bis 5geschössigen Häusern liegt, ist Fernsicht natürlich nicht gegeben. Das Wohngebiet zeichnet sich, wie Würzburg insgesamt durch eine hohe Sauberkeit aus. Aber unsere Aufenthalt war wegen des schönen Wetters ohnehin auf nur wenige Stunden auf die Wohnug begrenzt.
