10.0De ligging was perfect. Met de trein ben je binnen 12 minuten in Keulen. Het in en uitchecken ging ook erg gemakkelijk. Verder waren we verbaasd over de grootte van de accommodatie. Alles was schoon en goed verzorgd. Als je opzoek bent naar een leuke accommodatie in de buurt van Keulen, dan raad ik deze zeker aan!

10.0Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gemangelt. Moderne Einrichtung. Es wurde für uns noch kurzfristig ein beistellbett bereitgestellt. Sehr toller Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ruim appartement met mooie woonkamer en complete keuken
8.0Het appartement is ruim en goed voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Ook de keuken is zeer volledig: plastic zakjes, afwasmachine blokjes, theedoek, nespresso stond klaar etc etc. Het huis staat los van de buren dus het is heel stil. De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, hij antwoordt direct op een bericht. De bovenburen kun je in de ochtend om 7:00 horen opstaan maar ze doen dat heel rustig. Ramen kunnen heel goed licht en geluiddicht met rolluiken worden afgesloten. ‘s nachts is het helemaal stil. Van de trein hoor je niks, terwijl het station 5 min lopen is.
− Ik had graag een iets zachter bed en een katoenen dekbedovertrek gehad. Eén dekbed met 50% polyester vind ik persoonlijk wat klef.
Kurztrip Köln
9.0Boris Breuer ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. In nur ca. 7 Minuten ist der Bahnhof Pulheim erreichbar. Von dort fährt ca. alle 30 Minuten ein Zug nach Köln. In 15 Minuten ist die City erreicht. Eine Nespresso und zur Verfügung gestellte Kapseln lassen den ersten Kaffee schmecken
− Im Bad fehlen Haken für die Handtücher Ein Radio / kleine Musikanlage im Wohnzimmer wäre nett In der Küche fehlen Kartoffelschälmesser und eine Eieruhr
