9.0Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Lehrerwohnung .Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt Top ausgestattet ! Sie ist zentral gelegen (Sankt Peter -Ording, schöne Radwege) usw. und doch erholsam ruhig .Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super. Unsere Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet .Wir empfehlen die Wohnung weiter und kommen gerne wieder !
Schöne Lage
8.0Das Haus hat sehr viel Charme,die Größe des Grundstücks für unseren Hund super und die Lage (wer die Ruhe mag)optimal.Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, Möbel sind zwar Geschmackssache, aber trotzdem fanden wir es sehr schön.
− Leider sehr viele Spinnen im Haus,was natürlich an der Natur und dem Reetdach liegt,könnte man aber mit Fliegengitter etwas einschränken.Im oberen Bad sollte die Dusche dringend erneuert werden.Ein Fenster in einem Zimmer im OG sollte ebenfalls erneuert werden,innen Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel. Im Wohnzimmer dient eine Kabeltrommel zur Stromversorgung für Fernseher,da Steckdose defekt.
