Eine relativ große Wohung in sehr zentrale Lage
8.0Die sehr zentrale Lage und die Ausstattung
− Die Tür zur Duschkabine klemmte und die Befestigung des Duschkopfes war locker, so dass man die Brause in der Hand halten musste.

− Es könnte in dem Appartement das Sofa mal gewechselt werden...schaut leider nicht mehr so schick aus...und in den Schlafzimmer fehlte das Rollo...

8.0das hotel liegt zentral direkt am banhhof und ein paar 100 meter vom strand entfernt.. alles vorhanden und auch eine zweite bettdecke wurde auf meine bitte bereitgelegt. nur das badezimmer war sehr klein und ne alte dusche mit einer tiefen stufe,die für dicke oder betagte schwierig zu benutzen ist. ich würd trotzdem wieder kommen,denn es ist alles sooo schön erholsam gewesen.
Räumlichkeiten insgesamt okay für den Preis, Abzüge gibt es weil wir uns situationsbedingt nicht so gut aufgehoben gefüh
6.0Wir hatten das Zimmer „Neptun“. Die Lage war top, direkt am Bahnhof. Man konnte am Hauptbahnhof aus der Bahn steigen, maximal 50 Meter gehen und schon ist man an der Unterkunft. Zudem maximal 10 Minuten Fußweg von der Strandpromenade entfernt und über einer Eisdiele stationiert. Einen Pluspunkt gab es auch, da man Leuchtturm sehen konnte, wenn man sich etwas weiter aus dem Fenster gelehnt hat. Die Bücherei mit ein paar Spielen fanden wir ebenfalls super.
− Es wurde in den Bildern das falsche Zimmer abgebildet. Das Bad mit Zugang ca. 1 Meter entfernt vor dem Bett ist maximal 1,50 m tief, sodass Duschen und Toilettengänge nicht sehr komfortabel sind. Zudem wurde uns gesagt es melde sich jemand bei uns, um den noch verschlossenen Tresor wieder nutzbar zu machen. Das wurde zwar erledigt, allerdings ohne uns vorher zu fragen wann und ob jemand zuhause ist. Stattdessen kamen wir nach einem Strandtag zurück und wunderten uns, warum jemand ungefragt in unserem Zimmer war. Am letzten Tag erfuhren wir zudem noch von Betreibern zweier Touristenattraktionen, dass wir ohne Besucherausweis keinen Eintritt erlangen. Diese Besucherausweise hätten uns lt. Betreiber von der Unterkunft, an die wir auch die Kurtaxe überwiesen hatten zur Verfügung gestellt werden müssen. Da es der letzte Tag war hatte sich das nicht mehr gelohnt anzufragen.

6.0Die Wohnung war mit allem was man so braucht gut ausgestattet und für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend. Wir hatten das Glück das wir früher als 16:30 in die Wohnung konnten.
− Das Einchecken war mit 16:30 h angegeben,was viel zu spät ist und Auschecken mit 9 h was viel zu früh ist,damit sind zwei Urlaubstage schonmal hin. Die Handtücher könnte man nach 3 Tagen auch mal tauschen können zum Glück hatten wir noch eigene Handtücher dabei.

8.0Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage der Unterkunft war super.
− Der Teppich könnte erneuert werden. Bis zur 3. Etage zur Unterkunft waren es sehr viele Treppen. Leider gibt es keinen Aufzug.
