− Mobiliar schon etwas in die Jahre kommen (Messing Türbeschläge u Schrankgriffe), gleichzeitig in guten Zustand. Fenster mit Blick in die Dünen sehr schlecht geputzt
Toplage und bezauberndes Haus mit Potential
8.0Tolles Haus! Das Appartement war im 1.OG und hatte eine exzellente strandnahe Lage. Parken super vor dem Haus, kleiner Sonnenplatz mit Strandkorb und Blick in die Dünen. An- und Abreise super easy und CheckIn unkompliziert. Gute Lage in Reetdach Village Rantum. Es war wunderbar kurz zum Strand und wunderbar kurz zur Strandmuschel (rmEssen und Trinken). Damit hatte man einen idealen Standort! Brötchenkaufen bei Nissen und Frühstück bei Café Abbys in Laufweite!
− Nicht optimal: Älterer Teppichboden und eher altbackenes Interieur, keine Strandhandtücher Kunstblumen und älteres Bad - Investitionsstau!
