5.0La situación.
− Desde que llegamos hasta el tercer día no pudimos dormir de la calor que hacía, solicitamos un ventilador o a/a portátil el dueño esa misma noche y nos dijo que lo traería el segundo día y lo trajo el tercero, la lavadora no está en el apartamento (está en el sótano comunitario) y además es de pago (4€ el lavado), la cama de matrimonio que está justo a la entrada(no hay comedor ni salón) parece que está hecha de paja super incomoda y las almohadas son los pedazos de cojines del sofá...las toallas brillan por si ausencia(1 para los 8 días que estuve) las puertas de armarios y cocina descolgadas que no podían abrirse ni cerrarse es verdad que al comentárselo al dueño quiso entrar a solucionarlo pero ya le dije que lo hiciera a la salida, no han pasado a limpiar ningún día y han cobrado 60€ se supone que para limpieza...la tapadera del WC están también floja casi suelta, y la tapa del desagüe de la ducha se salía cuando la pisabas, la cocina cuando cocinas no tena ventilacion y para colmo las dos últimas noches los vecinos de arriba no callaban hasta la 1 de la noche ( que no tiene culpa el dueño) y la última noche vino una familia a despertarnos diciendo que era su apartamento.....las vistas de la terraza eran a tres cubos de basuras y el vertedero del edificio...en fin el dueño no era incompetente pero la verdad está muy muy por debajo de lo esperado...lo mejor la situación con respecto a EUROPA PARK Y RULANTICA.

Zum schlafen für einen Ausflug in die nahegelegenen Parks völlig ok.
6.0Top Lage zum EP und super Vermieter der wirklich sehr besorgt ist und alles top erklärt.
− Sauberkeit und nur mäßige Ausstattung.

Preis/Leistung top, aber eher was für Familien!
10.0Die Ferienwohnung war super - sauber und gut bestückt mit allem was man braucht. Parken war auch kein Problem, die Ferienwohnung war auch gut auffindbar.
− Die Wohnung ist eher ausgelegt für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern als 4 Erwachsene - wir hatten dann doch etwas Probleme bei den Betten (2 große Männer passen leider nicht in ein Stockbett) und auch das Kochen hat sich etwas schwierig gestaltet für 4 Erwachsene mit nur zwei Kochfeldern - das ist aber mehr Hinweis als Kritik, da hätten wir vorher etwas genauer hinschauen müssen ;) Ansonsten war alles tiptop, haben die Wohnung vorwiegend zum Übernachten genutzt, tags waren wir im Europapark.

9.0L'emplacement était au top pour pouvoir nous rendre à Europa-Park et à Rulantica. Nous avons été super bien accueillies et les hôtes sont à l'écoute de nos besoins. Le logement était au top, rien à dire !
