1.0− Der Gastgeber hat die falsche Adresse geschickt und ist nicht ans Telefon gegangen, sodass wir im Auto schlafen mussten – obwohl ich bereits eine Kaution von 270 € gezahlt hatte. Überlegen Sie es sich gut, bevor Sie hier ein Apartment buchen: Man bezahlt für eine Unterkunft, landet aber am Ende auf der Straße. Du rufst nicht einmal an, du hast dich nicht entschuldigt und du hast nicht versucht, Wiedergutmachung zu leisten.
Trotz super Hitze hatten wir ein ereignisreiches Wochenende.
8.0Unterkunft ist gut fussläufig zu erreichen von der Altstadt aus. Alles kurze Wege.
− Booking com hat eine falsche Telefonnummer im Portal als auch eine falsche Adresse in der Buchungsbestätigung. Wir konnten den Vermieter nicht kontaktieren und erhielten auch keinen Schlüsselcode zu gegebener Zeit. Wir haben die Telefonnumer dann gegoogelt und den Vermieter darüber informiert. Er teilte uns die richtige Adresse der Unterkunft mit und erwartete uns dann dort und entschuldigte sich persönlich für die Unannehmlichkeiten.

− Für 4 Personen angemeldet aber nur 3 Betten vorbereitet, weiteres Bettzeug gefunden - ob sauber/frisch bleibt Rätsel Wlan - Verbindung nicht hinbekommen Vermieter telefonisch nicht erreichbar - "die Nummer ist nicht vergeben"
