8.0The town and apartment had a great historic vibe. Breakfast was really good.
− The initial interaction with the host was unwelcoming as he appeared irritated with us when we arrived. I attempted to get clarity on what the issue was but he was even more annoyed that we live in Germany and do not speak the German. He did warm up and his demeanor improved. He checked in on us to see if we needed anything.

7.0Beautiful location and building. The host was accommodating when we actually met him.
− Holidu. Holidu acts as some sort of AI-driven intermediary. They caused a lot of confusion and didn’t relay our desire to book a table for dinner and to have breakfast. The restaurant was fully booked but the host found a table for us.
