The place and environment,nature ans property

− Big, clean , nice view and fully furnished.

Beautiful location.

− We stayed at six different places in Germany, and unfortunately this was the only one where we felt unwelcome. We specifically booked this house because it included a washing machine, which was clearly stated in the listing. Nowhere in the booking.com description or in the guidebook provided at check-in was there any mention that laundry use was limited. Traveling with small children, we naturally needed to do several loads (sorting colors, whites, and darks), and most importantly, due to one child’s skin condition, we can only use a specific detergent that we bring with us. First issue: upon arrival, we were surprised to learn that in addition to a cash deposit, there were unexpected cash-only fees. We didn’t have the cash on hand, so we went to an ATM the next morning. When trying to contact the owner to arrange payment, the first number provided didn’t work, and the second reached someone who asked us not to call again, though he said he would pass on a message to the owner. Second issue: the front door lock had duct tape on the inside. This raised a serious concern, as it means anyone with a key could enter at any time. Final issue: without warning, the owner suddenly locked the laundry room. When we asked about this, he told us we had done enough laundry and demanded €10 retroactively for the loads we had already washed. We contacted booking.com, as this is not allowed — you cannot change terms after check-in and impose new charges without notice. After booking.com reached out to him, the story shifted: instead of being charged for using the machine, he claimed the charge was for his detergent — even though we had brought and used *our own*. He also accused us of leaving the laundry room light on, when in fact my husband had sat in the muggy basement making sure everything was properly shut off. What began with excitement quickly became uncomfortable and stressful. Out of all our stays in Germany, this was the only one we were eager to leave.

Les vistes són molt boniques i l,allotjament és gran i espaciós

− L'allotjament necessita una actualització. Els llits molt incòmodes, s,afonen amb el pes. No ens va agradar el preu excessiu per les tovalloles (molt velles) I roba de llit. Tampoc que ens cobrara 10 eur per aparcar a l,exterior. Els propietaris sols parlen alemany.

Location is very good and the place has been maintained well. They were very accommodating when we let them know that our return flight was delayed and had to extend our check out time for a bit.

− Caution deposit, parking, bed linen and bath towel costs were all collected in cash (would have preferred to add this to the booking.com payment)
