Overall, a great stay and an excellent value for money.
10.0Great location, close to the Bavarian & Sumava national parks. Very friendly and helpful host. Clean and well-equipped appartement. Upon arrival, we were met by the host and provided a voucher (worth EUR 25) that allows free travel on public transport, access to museums and other attractions and many discounts.

10.0Für uns, als aktive Liebhaber des klassischen Skilanglaufs war die Unterkunft perfekt gelegen. Wenige Meter hinter dem Haus ist ein Einstieg in die Loipe, welche in der Regel jeden Tag frisch gespurt wird. Von hier aus gelangt man auf den Brettern in ein weit verzweigtes Loipennetz, so z.B zu dem nahegelegenen Sport- und Skizentrum oder hinüber in den Böhmerwald, wo sich das gepflegte Loipennetz fortsetzt. Es gibt auch eine Verbindung zu der gepriesenen Dreikönigsloipe. Im Netz waren die Informationen über den Zustand der Loipen immer tagaktuell gehalten. Unser Gastgeber hatte uns sehr freundlich empfangen und sogar die Werkstatt im Keller zum Präparieren der Skier zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Über den großen Balkon hatten wir eine gute Aussicht in die weite Landschaft. Auch kurze Ausflüge in das nahe gelegene Freilichtmuseum oder das recht neue Nationalparkcafé hatten sich gelohnt. Wenige Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt gibt es eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit für Waren des täglichen Bedarfs, wie auch frische Brötchen.
