10.0Ich habe ausführliche Anweisungen zum Check-in bekommen, sodass alles reibungslos verlief. Der späte Check-out bis 12:00 Uhr hat uns ebenfalls sehr gefreut☺️ Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und war immer für uns da. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top! Es war tagsüber und nachts sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist sauber und warm, und es ist alles für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt vorhanden: Küchenutensilien, köstlicher Kaffee, Tee, Duschsachen, Föhn usw.
− Es gab absolut nichts zu bemängeln! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We found 7 cockroaches in the apartment.
1.0The communication with the host was excellent and the check-in process quite easy.
− We found 7 cockroaches in the apartment. The kitchen was missing the kitchen hood. We stayed 3 people but the apartment had only 2 hand towels. There was water formed on the lower side of the windows from the inside (but perhaps this was due to the very low temperature outside). The apartment keys don't fit the lock of the door, so we used only the PIN provided by the host to enter the apartment (the keys were useless).
Comfortable stay in the center of Karlsruhe
9.0The flat we stayed in as a family is in a neat and central location, in the third floor of a secure apartment block. The flat is quite small but has everything you need (fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, desk, strong wifi etc.). It is comfortable, clean and quiet. The host, Janik, answers all of your questions and takes your demands into consideration . The washing and drying machines at the entrance of the apartment were very useful for us. Finding parking in front of the building or on the surrounding streets was not difficult. I would recommend it to anyone and choose to stay here again.

− Non ho trovato i prodotti per lavare il gabinetto, il bagno e i pavimenti. Inoltre ho dovuto pagare un extra troppo elevato per ospitare i restanti elementi della famiglia. Il primo giorno mancava l'acqua ma non ci è stato comunicato. Manca una reception, in carne ed ossa.
