10.0De vakantie woning was van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk om in de mooie tuin te kunnen zitten. Gastheer Sven is heel gastvrij. Ilsenburg is mooi stadje in een prachtige omgeving.

Séjour au calme près de la nature
8.0L'hôte était très amical et avenant. La maison est cozy, située dans un quartier très calme, avec un beau jardin, à côté d'une rivière et d'une petite cascade dont le son vous bercera tout au long de votre séjour. La cuisine est bien équipée, la douche est efficace et propre, et le lit est confortable.
− La chambre étant sous le toit, il fait rapidement chaud et le seul moyen de rester frais est d'ouvrir les portes-fenêtres. Malheureusement, et à notre étonnement, celles-ci n'ont aucune moustiquaire (même une seule serait suffisant) et on est très rapidement envahi d'insectes. Nous ne sommes pas phobiques, mais cela était désagréable et nous empêchait de pouvoir profiter de notre soirée tranquillement. Nous y étions fin printemps, mais je n'imagine pas la chaleur (et les insectes) qu'il y fait en plein été. De plus, l'escalier en colimaçon qui mène à l'étage est très serré et un peu "envahi" par une plante qui rend l'accès à la rampe plus difficile, je déconseillerais donc cet établissement aux personnes âgées.

10.0Der Aufenthalt bei Sven war rundum gelungen. Alles ist wie abgebildet und beschrieben. Wenn man Ruhe sucht - ist es der ideale Ort. Wenn man ausgiebig wandern möchte - ist es der ideale Ausgangspunkt (Auto kann man stehen lassen). Wenn man örtliche Tipps für Ausflüge oder Essen benötigt - ist Sven jederzeit ansprechbar und steht einem immer zur Seite. Die Ausstattung ist modern und sehr durchdacht. Am kalten Abend war der Kamin das Highlight.

10.0Sven hat nicht nur alles gut vorbereitet und eingerichtet, sondern uns auch das Gefühl gegeben, dass wir die willkommenen, lang erwarteten und sehr gewünschten Gäste sind. Dafür unseren herzlichen Dank!

10.0Vermieter war immer erreichbar und ansprechbar. Sehr gepflegte Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Tolle zentrale Lage und alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.
