− Bei Temperaturen unter 10 Grad, erwartet man eine ganztägig funktionierende Heizung. Diese wurde zeitlich abgeschaltet, ab spätem Abend haben wir gefroren. Das schließt die nur zeitweise Verfügbarkeit von warmen Wasser ein. Die Möblierung in der Wohnung ist abgewohnt, durchgelegene Betten. Teilweise waren Elektrogeräte nicht funktionsfähig ( Mikrowelle, Lampen am Spiegelschrank). Der Handtuchheizkörper hat keine Funktion, Farbe abgeblättert und rostig. Das Aussengelände ist nicht gepflegt.

9.0Schöne großzügige Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Parkplatz am Haus. Unterstand für Fahrräder Tolle Terrasse Max 5 min bis zum Strand EDEKA + ALDI 10 min zu Fuss
− Parkplatz ist sehr eng. Im Kühlschrank fehlt ein Ablagefach. Bei einem Terrassenstuhl ist die Armlehne defekt.
