Erg smaakvol en sfeervol appartement! Heerlijke rustige omgeving. Een boomrijke oase midden in de drukke stad met alle faciliteiten. Zeer goede service. Over alles is nagedacht! We komen graag ‘ns terug

Die Lage war in Verhältnis zu anderen Essener Orte sehr sauber, ruhig und zu empfehlen. Auch die Eigentümerin hatte bei allen Fragen sehr schnell Antworten. Das Appartement in einer alten, aber sehr schõn erneuerten Schule kann nur empfohlen werden.

Komfortabel und ruhig gelegen

Das Appartement war sehr komfortabel, super sauber und ruhig gelegen. Die Einrichtung ist genau so wie auf den Fotos beschrieben, die Räume sind schallisoliert, daher keine Geräusche von angrenzenden Wohnungen zu hören. Wir haben alle Annehmlichkeiten, wie Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Aufzug, überdachter Autoabstellplatz, Fahrradkäfig usw. sehr genossen. Die Nähe zum Ruhrradschnellweg war ebenso ein Pluspunkt.

Am Besten, war der liebevolle persönliche Kontakt. Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, auch für Menschen wie mich, mit akutem Bandscheiben leiden. Es ist alles da, was man für den Gebrauch benötigt und die Vermieter sind jederzeit erreichbar. Gepunktet hat auch, der tolle Balkon. Dieser läd in warmenNächten zum verweilen ein. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, in Frohnhausen ist aber trotz altem Schulgebäude, nicht hellhörig. Es war sehr sauber und es gab ein schönes großes Badezimmer. Ganz besonderer Dank an die Vermieterin❣️ Denn Booking hat sich, wie so oft, einen ziemlichen Fauxpas erlaubt und eine ordentliche Summe an Gebühren nicht berechnet. Die angebotene Lösung war wie immer bei Booking, nicht akzeptabel und man wollte mir 24h vor Anreise, mit Kind, einfach das Zimmer ersatzlos stornieren. Dies hat aber die nette Vermieterin nicht zugelassen und uns gerettet 🫶🏼 Ich kann das Appartement wärmstens für längere Aufenthalte empfehlen👍🏼
