€300/night for a place with no sheets or towels is a joke
4.0Good location, clean apartment
− They only let you pay with a card at the office. They kept sending emails asking me to make a bank transfer, but if you are a tourist and don’t have an European bank account, you gotta pay at the office. So they asked me to come in at 1pm to pay. Once I payed, they told me I could only get the keys at 3pm. So basically we had to spend the day next to their office to make it to their appointments. Once we got in the apartment we found out there were no sheets or towels, and that would be an extra cost of 69 euros. We were so frustrated that these costs were not accounted for in Booking.com and could have potentially found a better place for that price with sheets and towels included.
