Tolle Lage, aber Wohnung könnte sauberer und gepflegter sein
4.0Gute Lage, schöner Ausblick auf Ruhpolding vom umlaufenden Balkon aus, unmittelbare Nähe zum Chiemgau Coaster, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Zentrum fußläufig erreichbar. Grundsätzlich gute Größe und Ausstattung der Wohnung.
− Leider war die Wohnung bei unserer Ankunft nicht besonders sauber. Besonders in der Küche fielen ein verschmutzter/verklebter Fliesenspiegel, nicht gereinigter Mülleimer und ein dauerhaft unangenehmer Geruch (vermutlich vom Dunstabzug) auf. Auch Couch, Matratzen und Kissen wirkten abgewohnt und durchgelegen.
