Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in der 1.Etage mit einer großen Loggia die ganztägig hell und sonnig ist.

Hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage in Strandnähe. Pkw-Stellplatz direkt am Haus.

− Zur Wohnung gehört ein abschließbarer Fahrrad-Unterstell-Raum. Leider ist die verbaute Steckdose in Deckenhöhe montiert. Sie ist zum Aufladen von E-bikes nur umständlich nutzbar.
