5.0Gut ausgestattet (Küche, Handtücher, Waschmaschine). Matratze bequem. Raumaufteilung gut. Kontakt zum Vermieter ohne Probleme.
− Sehr modriger unangenehmer Geruch vor allem im Wohn-Essbereich. Handwerklich teilweise eine Bastelbude (Fliesen im Bad krumm und schief, Decke beult sich im Wohnbereich, Deckenleisten mit Farbe beschmiert, teilweise schlecht tapeziert).
Alles Bestens, Preis- Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut
10.0Die Wohnung war ideal für uns, es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Wohnung war sauber und der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war freundlich und unkompliziert.
Leider etwas enttäuschend
3.0Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und gut erreichbar. Der Außenbereich schön gestaltet. Die Einrichtung wie Sofa und Betten und auch die Küche ohne Spülmaschine sind vollkommen in Ordnung
− Die Ferienwohnung war in einem sehr alten Zustand. Sie wurde spartanisch hergerichtet die Wände sind teilweise dreckig, mit Tapetenbahnen auf alten Tapeten,, kaputtes Laminat, von Fleckenteppichen bedeckt, vergilbte Ecken und eine unsichere Elektroinstallation. Als Monteurwohnung ist es in Ordnung aber den Anforderungen des normales Ferienwohnungstandarts hält sie nicht ein.
