7.0Tolle. Lage, sehr ruhig und trotz der Hitze draußen recht kühl.
− Ausstattung mit Geschirr könnte besser sein. Schubladen, Schränke und Balkon könnten sauberer sein. Info wo der Müll hinzubringen ist fehlt.Kurzes Zeitfenster für Schlüsselübergabe.

2.0Die Lage und das Haus von außen
− - abgenutzten Möbel (Töpfe, Schränke, Schubladen) - veraltete Ausstattung und unnötige Deko (z.B. Plastikblumen und blaue Glassammlung) - Raucherwohnung !!!! - Appartement wurde wegen Wasserschsden kurzfristig umgelegt - es fehlte Ausstattung für die dritte Person, die gebucht war - katastrophale Parksituation - unhöfliches Personal (Büro war ohne Vorankündigung nicht besetzt) - zugestelltes Treppenhaus mit Sperrmüll, Hausrat und Kinderwägen (optisch kein schöner Anblick) ...haben nach einer Nacht abgebrochen. Kein Entgegenkommen vom Vermieter!

8.0Die Wohnung Unterdeck 2 hatte ein sehr schönes altmodisches Ambiente mit Holz, schöne große Räume und war sehr schön eingerichtet Die kleine Terrasse im Hinterhof sah sehr ansprechend aus und ist sehr gemütlich Die Lage der Wohnung ist meiner Meinung nach perfekt, 5 Minuten laufen in die Stadt und 2 bis 3 Minuten ans meer
− Das Sofa ist für ein Pärchen das etwas kuscheln will etwss ungeeignet und man muss Leder mögen. Ein Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer wäre geeigneter und komfortabler gewesen, anstatt zwei zusammengestellte Einzelheiten, die etwas geknarrt haben und zwischen den Betten eine große Lücke war Die Tür vom Kühlschrank schleifte beim auf und zu machen immer am Schrank daneben Das Geschirr, Besteck und die Küchenutensielien waren leider vom Vorgänger etwas dreckig, vorallem die Reste Öl in den Pfannen
