3.0Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung und ruhig.
− Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Staubflusen an den Wänden, Licht war nur bedingt vorhanden. Kunstblumen als Staubfänger sind überflüssig und waren auch staubig. Kühlschranktür sollte doll zugemacht werden, ist aber immer wieder von alleine aufgegangen, so dass wir einen Stuhl davor geschoben hatten. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche und auch die Küche selbst waren nicht sehr ansprechend. Fernseher im Wohnzimmer nicht bedienbar oder wir haben ihn nicht anbekommen. Wurde alles schon bemängelt, also könnte auch mal etwas investiert werden.

10.0Sehr gut gelegene kleine Wohnung. Es hat mir sehr gefallen. Marco ist ein netter Gastgeber. Dass er die Wohnung selbst nutzt merkt man an der guten Ausstattung.

7.0Het is een ruim appartement met een passend balkonnetje. Behoorlijke badkamer, goede hoofdslaapkamer. Met fietsen ben je zo in centrum en in het groen in de buurt.
− Had mijn niet gerealiseerd hoe ver het appartement uit het centrum ligt. De tweede slaapkamer in de loft bleef erg warm ondanks de airco. Een afwasmachine is echt fijn, maar zo'n tafelmodel neemt veel aanrecht ruimte in en pakt lastig vol. Het is niet gelukt om de oven aan te krijgen (daar sta je dan met je afbakbrood en het ovengerecht!)
