Borkum-Urlaub durch Wohnungsverwaltung getrübt
4.0Zentrale Lage. Ausstattung der Küche ( außer der verrosteten Spülmaschine). Sauberkeit der Wohnung ( bis auf das etwas heruntergekommene Sofa )
− Einige Dinge ließen zu Wünschen übrig: Defekte Plisses am Schlafzimmerfenster zur Straße, herunterhängende Vorhänge, Geschirrschubladen in der Spülmaschine waren verrostet und Müll im Vorgarten vor der Haustür. Alle Fernseher funktionierten nicht richtig, was den von mir informierten Verwalter nicht bewog, Abhilfe zu schaffen. Sehr ärgerlich. Das Gefühl, dass der Beauftragte sich nicht Zuständig fühlte, außer den Mietpreis einzuziehen, wurde ich leider bis heute nicht los. Selbst nach meiner Rückkehr gab ich ihm nochmals Gelegenheit sich dazu zu äußern, allerdings ohne jegliche Reaktion seinerseits. ME sollte die Eigentümerin sich um einen neuen und interessierteren Verwalter bemühen um zukünftige Gäste nicht zu vergraulen.
