Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Die Lage war super ruhig. Guter Parkplatz. Einkaufsmögli

6.0das Bad und die Küche. Beides ist neu und gut eingerichtet. Es fehlte jedoch eine " normale" Kaffeemaschine. Alternativ eine keine Kanne zum Selbstaufbrühen oder Tee machen. Diese wurde auf Hinweis jedoch zügig nachgeliefert.
− Erscheinungsbild, Sauberkeit. Fenster und Rollos, abgewohnt. Im Schlafzimmer defektes Fensterverdunklungsrollo. Dieses ist schon seit langem defekt, da Aussenrollo und schon Grünspan angesetzt. Dafür lag ein blickdichtes Tuch mit Saugnäpfen zur Verfügung ( sehr unhygienisch. Balkonsichtschutz zerfleddert, defekt und schläg bei Wind gegen das Gitter, was zu einer Geräuschbelästigung nachts führt. Während der Mietzeit Ablesen der Wasseruhr! sehr störend. Ferseher so plaziert, das man nicht vom Sofa aus schauen konnte. Insgesamt ist der ganze Wohntrackt, Wohnhaus in einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Bilder schüren Erwartungen, die leider nicht erfüllt werden, schade.
