Sehr geräumige Wohnung
9.0Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Großes Wohnzimmer mit Essplatz, extra Küche mit viel Stauraum. Großer Balkon mit Kassettenmarkise. Im Schlafzimmer viel Platz im Schrank und Kommode. Zweite Toilette mit Waschbecken. Parkplatz war prima. Gute fußläufige Verbindung über die Holzbrücke und die Innenstadt.
− Kleine Überdachung am Balkon wäre wunderbar. Die Markise ist bei Sonne prima, aber bei Regen muss man sie ja einfahren. Und bitte Fußabtreter ins Wohnzimmer legen! Im Badezimmer ist eine Badewanne mit Duschabtrennung, die etwas zu kurz ist, so dass immer Wasser überspitzt. Ein Wort noch zum zweiten Schlafzimmer. Vielleicht bei der Wohnungsbeschreibung das zweite Zimmer nicht als zweites Schlafzimmer angeben, sondern als Ersatzzimmer, denn es ist weder ein Bett (dafür Ausziehcouch) noch ein Schrank vorhanden.
