8.0Nette kleine Wohnung mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Instruktionen waren sehr gut, so dass der Check In reibungslos möglich war. Das Bad ist neu und sehr angenehm. Eine Senseo Maschine sorgt für schnellen Kaffee. Da ich die Wohnung vor allem zum Übernachten benutzt habe, war sie für mich wunderbar geeignet.
− Da es eine Kellerwohnung ist, gibt es keinen Ausblick nach draußen (durch ein Oberlicht kommt trotzdem auch Tageslicht rein). Die Treppe nach unten ist relativ komfortabel, aber für stark eingeschränkte Personen möglicherweise ein Hindernis. Die Küchenausstattung ist eher für kleine Snacks als für aufwendige Menüs geeignet.

8.0Die Souterrainwohnung war bei der Hitzewelle optimal 😀. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett.
− Der Spülschwamm und das Geschirrtuch sollten mal erneuert werden. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr ist extrem sparsam und genau für eine Person.
