9.0Eine helle Fewo unterm Dach, ausreichend Platz, Tageslichtbad mit Dusche und Badewanne, große Wohnküche. Kein unnötiger Dekokram, Platz für eigene Dinge. Innenstadt ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Gut zu lüften bei warmem Wetter. Wenig Durchgangsverkehr.
− Wenn beim gegenüberliegenden lost place die Büsche an der Straße etwas weggeschnitten und die Mülltonnen vor dem Fewo- Haus einen halben Meter Richtung Haustür gestellt würden, wäre das Einparken auf dem Parkplatz einfacher. Die Betten waren sehr weich.

7.0Urlaubswohnung ist neu renoviert und top ausgestattet, mit Allem, was man braucht.👍 Altstadt mit dem Bus (Haltestelle 2 Minuten) gut erreichbar.
− "nicht gefallen" trifft es nicht, aber: unter der Ferienwohnung leben freundliche normale Mieter. Da das Haus alt und damit hellhörig ist, ist besondere Rücksicht erforderlich.
Keine Wiederholungsgefahr.
5.0Es war sauber und modern.
− Die Betten und Matratzen waren viel zu weich und von schlechter Qualität. Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft sehr kalt.

− Der Parkplatz ist sehr eng mit größere Autos keine Change da rein zu kommen

8.0Tolle, sehr helle und ruhige Wohnung. Alles da, was zum Aufenthalt ausreicht.
− Der Parkplatz erfordert mit einem größeren Auto (BMW i5) eine gewisse Herausforderung. Mit etwas Erfahrung ist sie jedoch realisierbar 😅
