− Nepohodlí pro pobyt 4 lidí- málo prostoru, nutnost rozestlat si gauč sám, gauč nepohodlný na spánek, absence některých věcí pro 4 osoby ( prostírání, hrnky). Absence mikrovlnné trouby.
Świetny lokal, klimatyczny, solidnie i dobrze wyposażony. Piękna okolica, wybitnie rowerowa.

10.0Super sauber! Es war wirklich ALLES da, was man benötigt, Küchenausstattung komplett, kleiner Vorrat an Kaffeefiltern, Kapseln, Taps Spühlmaschine ... Auf dem Balkon Loungemöbel. Meegahh: Separater Raum für Fahrräder mit Lademöglichkeit, sogar ein Kompressor für Reifen vorhanden. Alles sehr liebevoll gemacht. Lage absolut ruhig und guter Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten. Das Sahnehäubchen: Ein super freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Von unserer Seite 100%ige Empfehlung.

Fast wie zu Hause....
10.0Wir kommen seit mehreren Jahren im Sommer immer wieder in das ILEX-Haus. Der Besitzer erhält den sehr guten Wohnstandard durchgehend aufrecht. Gartenanlage, Terasse und Haus sind wunderbar gepflegt. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und sehr hilfreich bei allen Fragen seiner Gäste.
− Betrifft nicht das Appartment: Die Kurtaxe hat sich erhöht und wird nicht pro Nacht berechnet. An- und Abreisetag zählen voll. Eine Ermäßigung bei Schwerbehinderung wrid erst ab 80% gewährt.
Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt.
10.0Die Lage in Born a.D. war für uns optimal. Der Ort selber ist ruhig und beschaulich. Aber mit den Fahrrädern kann man alle Orte auf der Halbinsel gut erreichen. Es steht eine Fahrrad-Schuppen zur Verfügung mit der Möglichkeit die Akkus der E-Bikes zu laden. Parkplätze für die Mieter stehen ausreichend zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Appartements sind schallisoliert, somit hört man von anderen Mietern so gut wie nichts. Von unserem kleinen Balkon hatten wir eine schöne Aussicht auf den Darß.
