8.0Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und der Weg zum Strand ist auch relativ kurz. Ca. 5-6 Gehminuten. Zur Seebrücke läuft man ca. 20-25 min.
Gute Lage, miserabler Pflegezustand des Bads.
5.0Gute Lage, Zugang zu einer Garage. Ruhig und zentral Bequemes Bett
− Pflege und Sauberkeit. Im Bad merkt man, wie grob man da nur putzt. Dort ist der übliche Kalkschmutz, den man regelmäßig entfernen sollte. Die Fugen sind schwarz, viele Fugen sind kaputt. An einer Seite fallen die Fliesen fast von der Wand (Tapete löst sich). In der Küche sind die sauberen Teller dreckig. Die digitale Gästemappe ist mehr Zumutung als Hilfe. Wir sind angekommen, da waren die Heizung in der Wohnung auf 1. bis sich so eine Wohnung dann durchheizt vergeht dann natürlich. Für mich unverständlich, denn unsere Ankunft war lange klar. Auch bei der Abgabe der Schlüssel, wurde nicht gefragt, wie der Aufenthalt war. Schade.
