7.0Badezimmer war super, Aussicht und Geräusche Kulisse waren in Ordnung, wenn man fragen hatte war immer jemand vor Ort, der Bahnhof und ZOB nicht weit gute Verbindung zu Köln und Bonn, Einkaufs und klein Läden waren um die Ecke, so wie Bäcker und Eisdiele. Hat auf jeden Fall eine gute Lage.

10.0Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, die Ausstattung hochwertig. Die offene Küche bietet alles, was man in einem gut sortierten Haushalt braucht. Vielleicht sogar mehr als manch anderer Zuhause hat ;) Da ich mit meiner erwachsenen Tochter ein paar Tage im Juli dort verbracht habe, waren wir meistens auf der Terrasse. Gegessen wurde natürlich drinnen an dem wunderschönen Holztisch. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer war prima. Meine Tochter hat es wegen der Privatsphäre jedoch vorgezogen, im Wohnzimmer auf dem Sofa zu schlafen. Dafür bekam sie noch ein extra Laken. Hervorzuheben ist auch das große, helle Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche und freistehender Badewanne (die wir im Sommer nicht benutzt haben). Das Wäschepaket für 15 Euro pro Person ist sehr großzügig ausgelegt mit flauschigen Dusch- und Handtüchern, schöner Bettwäsche und Küchentüchern sowieso. Wir danken dem Ehepaar Arlt für den freundlichen Kontakt sowohl vor der Anreise als auch beim Eintreffen sowie der Abreise. Nebenbei ist noch zu erwähnen, dass die Ferienwohnung im Privathaus der Eigentümer auf der ersten Etage liegt. Der Balkon geht auf den hinteren Garten mit Blick ins Grüne hinaus. Sehr angenehm für einen Stadtaufenthalt. Bis zur Fußgängerzone in Troisdorf und zum Bahnhof sind es nur einige wenige Gehminuten.

10.0We couldn't have wished for a better place for our stay.Apartment was very good very clean and the hosts were very good. I'd recommend this place to any couples wishing an alternative to a b-b or hotel.
