8.0Die Unterkunft liegt in zentraler Lage direkt am Chiemsee. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich in fußläufiger Entfernung. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sauber, modern und funktional.
Wohnungseinrichtung ist okay. Die Lage ist sehr gut (ital. Restaurant gleich um die Ecke, Lärm von der Strase erträglich

9.0Die tolle Lage - dafür würde ich 20 Punkte geben !!! Zum (kostenlosen) Badestrand mit Toiletten und Umkleidestelle nur 2 Fußminuten !!! Trotz der gut befahrenen Straße war die Wohnung ziemlich ruhig, weil das Haus an der zweiten Reihe steht. Sehr guter problemloser Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Ausführliche (Touristen)Infomaterialien in der Wohnung. Großer Süd-Balkon mit dem Seeblick.
− Der Stehtisch und Barhocker waren für uns ziemlich nutzlos. Einen "normalen" Esstisch, der auch als Schreibtisch funktionieren könnte, und "normale" Stühle haben wir vermisst. An der Kochnische wären einige Wandhaken gut. Ab Abenddämmerung haben viele Stechmücken uns gestört. Ein Mückengitter an der Balkontür würde den Aufenthalt im Sommer angenehmer machen.

10.0Excellent location right by the lake. Private parking with the possibility of storing bicycles in the building. Excellent host, we received all the necessary instructions in advance. The apartment is ideal for couples, comfortable, clean and tidy and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Special thanks for the delicious gift, Nespresso and Netflix! :)
