Clean tidy flat near city center.
9.0Very close to inner city, walking distance to any place one would want to see. The property is very clean and tidy. Cuttery and kitchen is enough for preparing meals. Sofa and tv set is big enough to relax. We are quite satisfied and happy to stay here.
− Cant complain anything (considering the price). Maybe to mention is property is in last floor (there is an elevator), so was a little bit hot, despite the rainy Nuremberg weather.

7.0Die Lage ist toll, in einem ruhigen Teil der Stadt und dennoch in der Nähe des Zentrums. In der Umgebung gibt es Geschäfte und generell alles, was der Mensch braucht. Das Apartment ist sauber und gut eingerichtet und enthält alles, was ein Gast für einen normalen Aufenthalt benötigt. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man von der Straße nichts. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe.
− Leider handelt es sich bei dem Problem um eine Situation, die nichts direkt mit der Wohnung zu tun hat, aber meinen Aufenthalt negativ beeinträchtigt hat. Es handelt sich um laute Mieter, ich denke, sie wohnen in der Wohnung darunter. Von den 7 Tagen, die ich hier verbracht habe, habe ich keinen einzigen Tag geschlafen. In den frühen Morgenstunden (ca. 6, 7 Uhr) machen sie Lärm, wie sie stampfen auf dem Boden und wie das Kind in der Wohnung herumläuft, klingt als würden sie ein Gebäude abreißen.
