It could be better.
7.0spacious, clean, nice location
− This was our second time staying here. We decided to stay here again because we were really happy the first time. This time around was not as expected. This apartment is in the upper floor of the same house where the owner lives. When we arrived this owner came out and let us in. He had no idea how long we suppose to stay, didn’t even look at our documents, but wanted cash upfront with 100€ extra as a deposit. As we walked into the apartment we noticed that it was not aired out for a while. Place doesn’t have an air conditioner, but a lot of windows. Kitchen was barely equipped with anything. Not even dish soap and a sponge. Bathroom was nice with bathtub, but no hand soap and half a roll of toilet paper. Two bedrooms were spacious, but in the smaller one window had a broken window blinds which makes a bit of a problem because is light out somewhat late. Both bedrooms, even though they were queen beds, had only 1 pillow and 1 blanket (both old and raggedy). No extras. Downstairs lives the whole family with 2 kids. If you want piece and quiet, it is not possible. We travel a lot and we’re really disappointed because people usually make some effort to make guests welcome and comfortable. We love the city, the house and neighborhood, but hosts are not very welcoming.
