Tolle Wohnung für einen entspannten Urlaub!
10.0Die Wohnung ist groß und sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Sie liegt auf der 3. Etage und ist prima von der Tiefgarage (Super: Zur Wohnung gehört ein TG-Stellplatz!!!) mit einem Aufzug zu erreichen.Toll ist der große überdachte Balkon über die gesamte Breite der Wohnung und mit schönen Lounge-Möbeln. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und alles war bestens präpariert. Eine große, perfekt ausgestattete Küche im Wohnzimmer mit tollem Esstisch und gemütlicher Couch , 2 schöne Schlafzimmer mit Kleiderschränken und ein separates Gäste-WC machen die Nutzung mit 4 Erwachsenen sehr unkompliziert. Eine Bushaltestelle liegt 300 m entfernt und die Busverbindungen (15 min bis zur Innenstadt) sind prima, so dass man in der Stadt kein Auto braucht. Bäcker und Supermarkt liegen in 30 Min. (Fußweg) oder 5 Min (Auto) entfernt. Die Lage ist ruhig, ohne abseits zu sein.
Der Blick vom riesigen Balkon war nicht das einzig Positive!
9.0Eine sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit viiiiel Platz. Die Wohnung mit dem größten Balkon im Haus. Die Betten im Kinderzimmer sind auch für Erwachsene geeignet. Ausstattung: 10+ Geschirr für mehr als nur 1-2 Mahlzeiten, wie sonst üblich. Verbrauchsmaterialen für alles Mögliche vorhanden. Kaffee- und Kapselmaschine vorhanden. Neben dem Gäste-WC sind im Badezimmer Dusche und Badewanne, Nette Begrüßung und Führung durch die Wohnung. Vermutlich könnte ich eine ganze DIN A4 Seite zusammen schreiben, weil wir waren richtig geflasht. Tiefgarage schön, Bushaltestelle gut zu erreichen. Altstadt nicht so weit weg. Usw...
− So viel Glück wie wir sonst bei der Auswahl von FEWOs haben, irgendwelche Verbesserungspotentiale findet man immer. Mal mehr mal weniger. Hier haben wir vergeblich gesucht. Nach unserem persönlichen Geschmack hätten die Matratzen härter sein können, aber das ist halt Geschmackssache.
