− Ungepflegtes Grundstück. Terrasse nicht nutzbar. Nur im Schlafzimmer fliegengitter. Abzugshaube defekt. Spülkasten in die Jahre gekommen. Man musste mit Eimer Wasser nachspielen, da kaum Wasser lief. Grillplatz angepriesen aber in diesem wuchs schon Unkraut und nicht benutzbar.
