4.0Die Unterkunft liegt zentral. Fussläufig zur Trambahn nur wenige Minuten. Zum Kaiserberg und zur Uni kann man bequem zu Fuß gehen. Auch der Zoo ist zu Fuß zu erreichen.
− Es gab kein Toilettenpapier. Nach Anfrage und mehrmaliger Aufforderung wurde erst am 2.Tag unseres Aufenthalts geputzt. Mülleimer fehlte. Es gab ein Küchentuch, das verdreckt war. Keine Unterkunft zum Verweilen. Der Vermieter war genervt, wenn man ihn auf diese Unzulänglichkeiten hingewiesen hat und wurde sogar beleidigend. Die Glühlampen hingen zur an einer Leitung. Keine Ahnung, ob diese isoliert war. Der Läufer im Bad hatte einen undefinierbaren Fleck.

− When we checked in the house was clean. Had a very bad experience, bathroom and toilet blockage. The drainage system is very bad. I can not recommend anybody to go and stay in that apartment after my experience.

8.0The apartment was perfect. The location was perfect for me, and everything I needed were within walking distance. The apartment was spotless.
− There was a dog somewhere in the building that kept barking, and the stairs were a bit more vertical, making them tiresome.

8.0Nice position, for this price good deal, self check in was appreciated. Clean bedding, enough cutlery and few pots so making food was manageable. Mostly quiet, could hear neighbours just a tiny bit. The bed was super comfortable, didn't expect that since my back is very picky about mattresses.
− The wodden beam wasn't dusted for like a year, only one trashbag provided for more than a week long stay and the walls are kinda dirty. Also the photos are old, the couch is different for example. It's not a deal breaker but sadly the flat shows sings of heavy usage. Wasn't too bothering, just something to keep in mind if you are used to nice hotel rooms.
