− First of all, the Apartment was advertized as a "Three-Bedroom Apartment," but it only has two bedrooms and the living room. It also advertized "This apartment includes a well-equipped kitchenette" but in reality it has dishes to use for eating, but no pots or pans, absolutely NOTHING WHATSOEVER TO COOK WITH. We had to buy pots and pans, so how is that "WELL-EQUIPPED!?" All the rooms are blank and had minimal decoration which is not very inviting. The location of the apartment is in a "dead zone" of Kelsterback (which is not their fault) so you kind of rely on the WiFi, but the WiFi was very slow with a poor connection inside the apartment and only have a strong signal while sitting in the living room, so if you are connected and trying to use the WiFi while in one of the bedrooms, just know you will have serious problems especially from the kitchen. Additionally, there were days we did NOT have hot water for taking a shower. The heaters in the rooms would only heat up on occasion, no matter what level you tried to adjust the temperature to, so during certain times at night it is very cold and you can't even turn up the heat to a level where it is comfortable. After discussing all of this with my German family I was visiting, they said what we paid for the days we stayed there was actually VERY expensive. They believe the owners are taking advantage of unsuspecting travelers who just don't know any better. From my experience, I 100% agree. I will say the owners are very friendly and nice, but being nice has nothing to do with business aspect or anything I experienced during my stay.
