7.0Die Aussicht ist sensationell. Man konnte wunderbar windgeschützt auf dem Balkon sitzen u den Blick genießen.
− Der Teppichboden in der gesamten Wohnung,außer Küchenecke u Bad. Teilweise lagen noch weitere Teppiche auf dem Teppichboden, das ganze wirkt nicht sehr hygienisch.
