8.0Ruhige Lage, und doch ist man schnell im Zentrum oder am Strand. Geräumige, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. In einigen Ecken Spinnweben, die sehr große Terrasse muss dringend gepflegt werden. Die Sitzmöbel dort waren ziemlich schmutzig.
− Der Carportplatz ist nur für normal große PKW geeignet, im Umfeld keine anderen Parkmöglichkeiten
