− Die Küchenutensilien sollten deutlich aufgestockt werden. Es fehlt an ausreichend Besteck, als auch Schüsseln zum Essen. Die Einrichtung (besonders das Badezimmerregal) zeigt teilweise deutliche Gebrauchsspuren.
