9.0La anfitriona es super amable y siempre intenta ayudar en todo lo q pedimos. Casa en barrio muy tranquilo, muy bien equipada luminosa y cómoda. La usamos como base para ver Alsacia, Friburgo y otras zonas Selva negra.
− No funciona el microondas. El baño acumula húmedad y el extractor aguanta un tiempo funcionando, pero no molesta excesivamente. Poco papel higiénico y no había gel en el baño, gel y en cocina, solo sal y pimienta.

10.0Die kleine Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und toll ausgestattet. Sie liegt etwas abseits in einer ruhigen Nebenstrasse. Im Parterre. Ein privater Parkplatz ist direkt bei der Wohnung. Die Vermieterin hat uns freundlich betreut. Sie wohnt im selben Haus.
El apartamento bien pero con cosas a mejorar o solucionar
7.0El apartamento está muy bien y completo. Es amplio y tiene de todo para una estancia cerca de Friburgo pero sin estar en el centro. Poder aparcar el coche en la puerta es muy práctico.
− El microondas no funcionaba y al coméntaselo a la anfitriona la respuesta fue que estaba roto. Nos causó un gran inconveniente porque viajábamos con un bebé y para calentar biberones por la noche o la comida por el día fue un gran perjuicio. Si no funciona deberían quitarlo de la descripción porque en nuestro caso la elección de un apartamento frente a hotel es gran parte por utilizar la cocina (nevera y microondas). Por otro lado la cuna estaba sin montar y sin sábanas ni mantas. Hacía frío en el apartamento y la calefacción no funcionaba. Las dos primeras noches tuvimos que dejar un edredón de la cama principal al bebé y compartir uno para la cama… tras consultarlo, la última noche por fin gestionó para que encendieran la calefacción. Entiendo que estuviera de vacaciones pero si en esas fechas hay huéspedes hay que cuidar más la comunicación para resolver los problemas lo antes posible.

10.0We loved the treatment. Karin was super great, nice and lovely!! The house was very comfortable, clean and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped. Bed and sofa/bed soft and comfy, so it was a 100/100 stay!!! Vielen Danke!! :)
