Great little spot
8.0Clean had everything we needed as advertised. Balcony, plenty of light. Quiet at night. Access was easy with clear instructions. Laundry room downstairs convenient for longer stays. Tram stop is nearby. There was street construction so not sure if there would be a closer bus stop. Maybe. Small kitchenette with decent size fridge. Main train station is nearby for walking with minimal luggage only. Grocery and restaurants nearby with tram or to walk no problems.
− The pillows. Minimal stuffing inside a pillow case. Bring your own if you need a real pillow. We had to use the ones from the couch

8.0Die Lage vom Appartement war super. Nicht weit vom Bahnhof und Zentrum entfernt. Wir konnten alles fußläufig erreichen. Das Appartement war sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Auf Nachfrage konnten wir früher einchecken. Wir waren insgesamt rundum zufrieden.

9.0Super Ausblick aus Etage 12. Blick über Altstadt. Super Verkehrsanbindung. Raumaufteilung für 2 Personen optimal. Tolle Matratzen-keine Rückenprobleme nach dem Schlafen. Kleinere Anfragen konnten mit Gastgeber schnell telefonisch geklärt werden.
Tolle Location zur "Vor-und Nachbereitung" des Stadturlaubs😉
9.0Toller Blick über die Augsburger Innenstadt den wir morgens zum Frühstück und Abends zum Ausklang dank tollem Wetter ausgiebig genießen konnten. In 20min ist man zu Fuß am Bahnhof oder auch im Städtchen, ansonsten ist der Straßenbahn-Halt fast direkt vor der Tür. Das Bett hatte gute feste Matratzen, das Sofa zum Hineinsinken war nicht so unseres. Kann aber am Alter liegen 😇 Alles sauber👍🏻. Netter Kontakt im Vorfeld und auch die "Schnitzeljagd" zu Schlüssel und Zugang war sehr verständlich und hat super geklappt.
− Tatsächlich könnte man im Bad Aufhänger nachrüsten. 1 Haken ist doch etwas knapp, zumal der Klopapierhalter noch nicht wieder hängt und damit die Klopapierrollen am Handtuchhalter hängen. Das Tischchen auf dem Balkon ist leider seeehr instabil. Aber die Teetassen hat es getragen.
