5.0Die Lage ist sehr gut. In der Nähe des Südstrandes, in einer ruhigen Gegend gelegen.
− Die Wohnung ist z.T. Renovierungsbedürftig vor allem das kleine Schlafzimmer und die Küche. Küchenausstattung sollte erneuert werden. Die Sitzmöbel sind generell eher unbequem.
