Geräumige Wohnung aber kein gutes Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis
3.0Die Gastgeberin war erreichbar und auch der Check In war sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist groß und zentral gelegen.
− Die Wohnung roch unserer Meinung nach unangenehm und etwas muffig. Die Straße vor den Schlafzimmern ist stark befahren, sodass es selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern nachts recht laut war. Leider gab es auch keine Verdunklungsvorhänge. Unter der Bezeichnung „Luxus Apartments“ hatten wir zudem eine hochwertigere Einrichtung erwartet. Verfärbte Kissen, ältere Gardinen und kleinere Schäden an den Tapeten entsprachen nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Das ist natürlich auch Geschmackssache, dennoch hatten wir angesichts des Preises insgesamt deutlich höhere Erwartungen.

9.0Lovely location, very clean apartment with attention to detail. We had everything in the apartment that we needed for a family of three with our elderly parents.
− There is no elevator so climbing up and down four flights of stairs to the second floor could be a challenge for some age groups. Having said that the steps were comfortable to climb for my 70 year old parents. The second room has a queen bed and a bunk bed. It was perfect for our family of three, our two year old loved the bunk bed. But that room could be a problematic in summer as it has no ventilation or window, it has a ceiling fan. We did sleep really well though coz it was cold and rainy.

9.0Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Stralsund. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Überrascht hat uns das Wasserbett.Positiv! Damit haben wir nicht gerechnet. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, alles wurde vor Anreise ausführlich erklärt. Die Fernsehsender hätten umfangreicher eingestellt sein können und ein Schminkspiegel hätte mich noch glücklicher gemacht. Etwas ärgerlich ist das Nichtaufführen der Zusatzkosten durch Booking.com. Diese wurden uns aber rechtzeitig vom Vermieter mitgeteilt. Würden das Apartment gern weiterempfehlen und es auch selbst wieder buchen. M f G Fam. Lunow
