8.0It was a quiet place to stay. Near Kassel city, by car. Grocery nearby, 5 minute by car. We had a great time for the short stay. You have all what you need for self cooking.
Clean, fucntional and good value! Spacious even for a group of 10
9.0The house was clean and spacious. The bedrooms functional but the beds comfortable. The bathrooms were modern and very clean with three showers in total. The outdoor area featured a kickers and there was a small balcony. Overall the kitchen was well equipped. Enough parking on property.
− The location is about 20min car drive outside of Kassel and the public transport sparse. We used Minicar to get around if we did not want to use the car (about 25 Euro one way). The interior was functional but not cosy, e.g. there wasn't enough seating opportunities in the living room for all 10 of us to sit and the couches were slightly dated. Overall the kitchen was well equipped but the cutlery, esp. forks were sparse (only 6 for 10 people).
