Eine prima Unterkunft für einen Besuch am Bodensee
10.0Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und nett; die gepflegte und ruhige Wohnung liegt ideal, um Überlingen und den See zu Fuß zu erreichen oder auch mit dem Bus, da die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür ist. Wir haben 3 wunderbare Tage verbracht und kommen gerne wieder, danke Frau Fiess.
Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm, auch wenn es bei TV und Internet sowie einigen organisatorischen Punkten noch Ver
6.0Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und insgesamt gut ausgestattet, lediglich der Fernseher ist stark veraltet und das WLAN leider sehr langsam und instabil. Der Einrichtungsstil ist natürlich Geschmackssache. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist ein großer Pluspunkt, auch wenn er etwas eng ausfällt. Etwas schade fanden wir, dass pro Person nur ein Handtuch zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich. Etwas ungewöhnlich fanden wir jedoch, dass sie sowohl bei der An- als auch bei der Abreise persönlich zur Schlüsselübergabe erschien. Das ist keineswegs schlimm, wir hätten eine flexiblere Lösung, beispielsweise über einen Schlüsselsafe, als angenehmer empfunden.
− Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Obergeschoss direkt an einer kleinen, zeitweise jedoch stark befahrenen Straße. Der Straßenlärm ist daher deutlich wahrnehmbar. Der Fernseher ist stark veraltet und entspricht nicht mehr dem heutigen Standard. Besonders enttäuschend war das WLAN – es ist extrem langsam und instabil, sodass eine zuverlässige Internetnutzung kaum möglich ist.

9.0Die Wohnung ist einfach schön / die Lage ist zentral, man is schnell auf der Bundesstraße und damit auf Kurs auf alle Sehenswürdigkeiten am Bodensee aber man ist auch ganz schnell zu Fuß in der Stadt - in Überlingen findet man alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht
− WLAN ist vorhanden, aber die GB sind begrenzt, was für uns nicht relevant war. Vielleicht sollte man auch erwähnen, das nur öffentliche rechtliche Fernsehsender im Kabel TV laufen - war für uns auch okay, da wir viel unterwegs waren
