8.0Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Start um die Umgebung kennenzulernen. Die Schlüsselübergabe und die Parkmöglickeit in einem geschlossenen Hof war problemlos.
− Im Bad konnte man die Handtücher nicht so gut trocknen. Die Handtuchheizung sprang nicht an und dadurch trockneten sie nicht, da die Wohnung kalt war.

8.0Die Lage zur Altstadt und dem Schloss war genial und dass man einen Parkplatz nicht weit weg von der Unterkunft hatte. Auch der Platz im Innenhof war sehr schön.
Die Treppe der Wohnung ist sehr schmal
6.0Die Lage war super.
− Das man woanders parken musste. Die Treppe zur Wohnung war eine schmale Steige. Ich bekam nur mit Mühe, meinen Koffer nach oben. Sehr gefährlich für Ältere Menschen. Wusste es leider nicht, sonst hätte ich die Wohnung nicht gemietet. Das Spülbecken im Bad war viel zu klein. Durch den Spiegelschrank, der noch darüber hängt, konnte man sich nicht vernünftig die Zähne putzen, da man das Becken nicht traf. Außerdem war nicht richtig gereinigt worden. Die Kaffeekanne war benutzt und nicht gespült, der Esstisch war voll Krümmel, nicht abgewischt. Auch hatte ich Ameisen in der Wohnung.

7.0− Leider waren die Angaben zu Bettwäsche und Handtüchern auf Booking irreführend. Die Formulierung, dass diese „gegen Aufpreis gemietet werden können“, lässt darauf schließen, dass es sich um eine freiwillige Zusatzleistung handelt. Wir wollten daher bewusst eigene Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitbringen, um die zusätzlichen Kosten zu vermeiden. Trotz rechtzeitiger Nachfrage per E-Mail und Telefon (Mailbox-Nachricht) erhielten wir keinerlei Rückmeldung. Statt einer Antwort bekamen wir kurz vor Reiseantritt lediglich eine E-Mail mit der Aufforderung, den angeblich noch offenen Betrag zu bezahlen. Die fehlende Kommunikation und die unklare Darstellung der Zusatzkosten waren sehr ärgerlich und haben den Gesamteindruck deutlich getrübt.
