− Źle funkcjonująca łazienka - słaby odpływ wody z prysznica i zlewu . Mankamentem było niskie sklepienie na poddaszu.

9.0Eine kleine Auszeit in einer Oase direkt gegenüber dem Oybin, nahe der Schmalspurbahn nach Zittau und in anderen Richtungen. Historisches Gemäuer wurde wieder zum Leben erweckt.
Für einen Kurzurlaub mit Selbstverpflegung ausreichend.
7.0Die Lage des Hauses und die Region sind zum Wandern ideal
− Der Hausherr wirkt mürrisch und bei der Abreise etwas ungehalten. In der Wohnungsbeschreibung wird nicht erwähnt dass man tgl selber Heizen muss , es gibt nur den Kamin. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein und nur durch eine Stoffschiebetür vom Wohnzimmer getrennt. Insgesamt müsste gründlich gereinigt werden vor allem die Deko.

9.0Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt bei Kaminwärme nach schönen Wandertouren bei eisiger Kälte. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und idealer Ausgangspunkt für Natur und Kultur.
− Das Frühstück war lecker, jedoch recht preisintensiv.
