Wunderschöne Umgebung mit einigen Einschränkungen in der Wohnung.

Die Lage zum Strand ist unschlagbar. Wirklich toll. Das Bett ist sehr gemütlich und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

− Leider war die Unterkunft bei Ankunft nicht ausreichend geputzt. Im Bad waren überall noch Haare und die Oberflächen in der Wohnung waren stark mit angetrocknetem Staub bedeckt. Wir haben dies sofort gemeldet und eine Nachreinigung gewünscht. Diese kam dann leider nicht mehr am gleichen Tag sondern erst am Nächsten. Keine schöne Ankunft. Leider sind die Fliegengitter nicht nutzbar. Die lassen sich nicht befestigen. Auch die Rollläden gehen nicht runter. Der zugehörige Strandkorb war leider auch nicht nutzbar. Dies teilten wir am ersten Tag direkt der Agentur mit. Es wurde aber nichts unternommen. Der Korb war voll mit Stockflecken und Spinnweben. Da wollte man sich nicht hineinsetzen.

Great place, but be ready for some shortcomings

We appreciated several things: 1/ The apartment is in a beautiful, clean, quiet, hide-away location close to a breathtaking, long, white-sand beach. It was easy to find, even in the dark, thanks to the landlord's perfect instructions. 2/ The place is nicely furnished, spacious, and has lots of air. The kitchen is excellently equipped. The apartment is great for a couple or a young family, even for a longer stay, and has all the key basics you may need. 3/ We also appreciated the parking - very close and covered by a roof. 4/ The landlord mistakenly emailed a response in Polish. But it turned out they were fluent in English so we had no communication issues. 5/ In general, the staff was very helpful, approachable, and really willing to help.

− There are a couple of things: 1) They ask for a special fee for laundry - towels and linen (really!). That is an extra 45 € per 2 people per week. Do they need to do this trick? 2) The landlord promises a fireplace. But it either does not exist - or it is not functioning. And even when we had requested the instructions for use, we never received an answer. 3) The landlord promises a sauna. There may be one in the block of apartments, but nobody gives you instructions on how to use it, if ever. 4) There is not a lift, you have to carry all your stuff to the 3rd floor. It would be nice to get an echo beforehand. Also, for someone in a wheelchair, this may be an issue. 5) There is not enough light in the kitchen, rather there is no light at the kitchen desk at all, just a dim indirect one. So how perfectly it may be equipped does not matter, if you do not see what you are doing, it is not useful.
