− Laute Straße, andere Gäste, die lautstark die Zimmertüren zu jeder Tages-und Nachtzeit schlossen, Parkplatzsituation (MA parkt für zwei Autos, somit kein Platz für unser Auto, als andere Appartments auch belegt waren.
