9.0Sehr zentrale Lage, nur 50 m vom Marktplatz. Direkt vor der Haustür sind P für 1 h -- gut für die Ankunft. Die Wohnung hat eine ansprechende Größe, hochwertige Ausstattung und war sehr sauber. Wir hatten eine FeWo im 1. OG, die auch bei großer Sommerhitze noch angenehm kühl war.
Ruhiges Wohnen und Arbeiten in der Altstadt
9.0Es ist eine schöne kleine Zweizimmer-Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt Aurichs in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Marktplatz gelegen. Das Schlafzimmer liegt mit dem Bad ruhig nach hinten zum kleinen Innenhof, auf dem eine Sitzgelegenheit mit Tisch vorhanden ist. Die Zimmer sind warm und hell gestaltet. Die Küchenzeile im Wohnzimmer ist mit ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck ausgestattet. Eine Flasche Wasser stand gratis zur Verfügung. Ich war geschäftlich in Aurich und konnte in Ruhe arbeiten und auch gut schlafen.
− Nur eine Kleinigkeit: ich würde es begrüßen, wenn eine Grundausstattung zum Kochen wie Pfeffer und Salz, Essig und Öl und Bratöl vorhanden wäre, um solches nicht mitbringen zu müssen.
